Walk it back

Day 298.

I’ve discovered ….

when things get overwhelming, or too much is going on …

or I’m feeling incredibly anxious, or I can’t make a decision …

or I’m so frustrated, annoyed, fuming …

or stuck deep in the middle of family systems, or workplace dynamics …

Where a glass of wine (or 3) would have been my go-to,

I’ve been taking a walk instead …

What a head-clearer a walk is … I highly recommend it.
